Ordering
Retail orders limited to inside the UK & Southern / Northern Ireland Only. Please contact us for wholesale/large scale orders or orders outside the UK.
Orders can be placed on-line via Sagepay (Secure 128 bit encryption), in person or by telephone. Telephone orders can be paid for by Cheque, Bank transfer, Cash or Credit/Debit Card. Orders placed on products in stock will normally be dispatched the next working day after full payment, allowing 5 working days for cheque clearance. Trade payments accepted by cheque, bank transfer, or cash only.
VAT & Delivery
VAT is included in the price shown on the web site. Delivery to Southern / Northern Ireland & certain areas of Scotland will incur a surcharge - please call for the latest pricing.
Products purchased singly are subject to the carriage/postage costs as shown on product pages. Postage costs are reduced based on the total items in your shopping cart and the way in which we are able to pack them.
Accessories are generally carriage free with bikes or quads as we can pack these in the larger cartons and our on line shop automatically adjusts to take this into account if you purchase a bike or quad. For this reason, postage is only calculated/shown on the final checkout page prior to purchase.
If paying by credit card over the telephone, deliveries can only be made to the cardholder’s address. Once payment has been made, we will telephone you (usually the next working day) to arrange a mutually convenient date for delivery. On the agreed delivery date, you will need to be available between 8AM and 6.00PM to take receipt of the bike.
Goods damaged on receipt
Any damage found on receipt of products must be reported to us within 48 Hours. This is because, we in turn, must notify our courier company otherwise we will assume that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition. Damage in transit will be rectified by sending out replacement parts.
Cancellation of an order
Cancellation of an order placed within 28 days will incur a 10% handling and reallocation charge and any deposits taken are non refundable.
Guarantees and Warranties
Any faults found after purchase or delivery must be reported back to us within the first 48 Hours. Issues reported on delivery will be corrected by sending out replacement parts. After the initial 48 Hour period has elapsed the product will be deemed to have been sold in perfect working order.
All products are covered by a 30 Day "Return-To-Base" warranty - from the date purchased / delivered. The product must be returned in it’s original packaging if being returned by courier. The 30 day warranty period COVERS ENGINE STARTING AND RUNNING ONLY provided that the correct fuel has been used, and that the carburettor settings have not been tampered with. ALL OTHER ISSUES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY. After the initial 30 day warranty has expired we will still assist with any issues found, but all parts and service work will be chargeable.

Limitations of Use
These bikes must be used only for the purpose of competitive racing under the control of recognized national organisations on private land.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
